Why invest in stocks?
Why invest in Stocks you might be wondering? Investing in the Stock Market can be a very rewarding challenge. Compound interest can help your money grow at an exponentially fast rate! However, there are many other reasons why you would want to invest your money in stocks.
Why invest? Here are some reasons.
1) Investing in the Stock Market can bring in a second source of income for you. Now all of a sudden you have more money for retirement, vacations or buy that dream home. Your possabilities are unlimited.
2) You can obtain financial freedom. I know, with social security going bankrupt, some of you are wondering if you will ever be able to quit your job. With investing in the Stock Market it will give you income from
dividends,
covered calls, and options giving you hope of retirement.
3) The rich invest in Stocks. I know there are some people who inherit vast fortunes, but the vast majority of the rich are rich because they did it themselves. Somehow, they learned how to make vast fortunes, learned from the best and overcome challenges and they did it! If the rich are investing, shouldn’t you?
4) The Stock Market has many advantages over other markets. You can make a greater rate of return off of your money in stocks than if you would by putting it into a savings account or in a
CD
. Unlike other markets, the stock market lets you take full advantage of
compound interest.
As Albert Einstein once said “The most powerful force in the universe is compound interest”.
5) Everyone can invest in the stock market. Large corperations have the big buck to spend on reasearch, but the
average investor
has some advantages in the market too.
So, why invest? In short it is the fastest and easiest way to retirement.
