What to Do With This Old Stock Certificate of Blue Star Mines ltd

Yes I have a certificate from blue star mines ltd from 1969 for 200 shares ...I am wondering if you would no if the shares are still active and next step in order to cash them in as i would be new to this and have no idea on what i should be doing? Thanks Patrick
