I invested in a stock that trades 40 cents to 50 cents. It had until mid March to be at a dollar,or be delisted. They got an extension until Sept.2010. They raised funds from a couple of stock firms, I'm guessing ,by using unlisted stock. 17 million ! Now the stock just trades close to 40 cents and is held there by the constant trading of 100 shares at a time . If it starts up they will sell !! at 40 cent. And if not they are buying at 40cents. Since March. Looks to me like their just loading up for a sell at above one dollar . Gee Whiz, at only 100 shares a trade at .40 , thats just $400 !! hour afer hour ,day after day. If a 1000 to 3000 share trade comes , they let it through. Then drive it back to .40 with a sell.. What Do you Think . Is that stock manipulation ? or just a way it's done ?

That’s weird. I’m not sure why they would be trying to keep it at $.40 or if it is just a coincidence that it is staying there and it is not a scam. The penny stock world can be filled with scammers, manipulators, and people looking to get rich quick.

I would probably either just ignore it or get out, no point worry about it. Remember even if the company get’s delisted you would still own any stock you own now, so ask yourself, “is it worth owning?”
