Psychology

Believe it or not Psychology plays an important part of stock trading. You must take the emotions out of stock trading. This is a difficult task for anyone, 90% of trading success is due to emotional control.

Successful traders keep their emotions in check. Trade from your rules and do not let FEAR control your trading system. Use your techniques, analysis and trend to determine your move. Do not let the FEAR of losing take you down the wrong path, follow your RULES!

Remember we are small investors, we cannot change the direction of the stock no matter how much money we invest or how often we invest.

In addition, it is not wise to not follow leads by your neighbor or friend. This is a huge mistake many new investors make. They follow a neighbors advice, a friend or the local news. These are not tools of smart investors.

A Great Trader must use tools, Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Market Forecast and more. Click on their links to learn more.

Smart and affective traders have no PRIDE, they take their losses early, get out of bad trades or when the Market changes the direction. Be a SMART TRADER, invest wisely!
