Insider Trading

Stock And Option Trading.. The $17 Stock Trading System. Stock market picks

Insider trading is something that many stock market investors would look at. These insider traders are called that because they are people who are where the action is. They are the CEO’s the big accountants, ect. They should know more about the company then anyone else.

Because of this most people consider it bullish when insider traders start to buy a large number of shares. It is also considered bearish when they start to sell a large number of shares.

Most brokers and financial sites will provide information about what the people on the inside are doing to help you make an informed decision. There is even an Oscillator called the Insider Trading Avg. That can give you an idea of what the insiders are doing.

This chart shows how the people on the inside can convey information to the general public. After the large uptrend you see a large sell of from the insiders. This sell off is followed by a crash that takes this stock from the $190s to $36.88.
