I need split history for FKYN

I am having trouble filling in partial records for a stock, FKYN, First Kentucky National. I need split history, dates and ratios, between 4/7/1982 and 1/26/1988 for capital gains computations on the sale of an inherited stock.

FKYN was a Nasdaq stock that merged with NCC, National City Corporation, in 1988. Then NCC merged with PNC. I've had no success with Reuters, yahoo finance, Gainskeeper, Scottrade, MSN fiance. I only need split info on these dates. Who can provide such info for a reasonable fee? Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated, H Smith.
