How to get money from delisted shares

what happens to my shares when a company got delisted from NSE? How to get money from that?

Also pls tell me, How do I got money If the company changes its name and traded in the stock market?

Here is a good page on What happens when a company delists

As for when a company changes its name. I wouldn’t worry about it if you have it with a broker, 401k or anything like that because any corrections that need to be made will be made by your broker.
