It all depended upon who you were. A lot of people got hit during the depression, but not everyone. Like every economic downturn some people were unaffected by it while others even prospered and made money during those hard times.
WW2 on the other hand was just a terrible event.

I’m sure people around the world were shocked when they heard that France had fallen and were under Nazi occupation. But it just gives us a warning on what could possibly happen if any county elects the wrong person. That is why it is important to actually listen to what both parties are saying and taking the time to vote on the facts and not based off of how well someone can speak.
