Do Individual Bonds and Bond Funds both pay out in Dividend Income, or as Interest Income? Do Individual Bonds and Bond Funds pay out both Dividend and Interest Income? If they both do pay out Interest Income, when and how is the Interest Income paid out? When and how are the Dividends paid out?

Bonds pay out interest payments and stocks pay out dividends. They may be automatically deposited into your brokerage account or mailed to you in a form of a check depending on your situation.
