Well from what I hear it is illegal to buy so many shares at once that the price of the stock is drastically affected. If those 1 million shares is just a drop in a bucket then it is ok, or you can always buy a little here a little there until you get up to 1 million shares.

I’m not a very big advocate on buying penny stocks. All stocks are gambles to some extent and all penny stocks are big gambles. If you are buying 1 million shares of a penny stock you got to ask yourself if it is any different than buying 1 million lottery tickets.
