The Average Investors Advantage.

The average investor has many disadvantages against a large corporation. A large corporation can afford to spend Billions to find the best stock to invest into. They can hire accountants to find and analysis all available data for any company. Corporations can even send people out to meet with the head of the company they want to invest in.

With all these disadvantages how can the average investor ever stand to make a buck in the market? Believe it or not it is possible. The average investor holds 1 very powerful card. A card that gives them to ability to make even higher returns on their money than the big corporation. Yet most investors don’t use it. What is it?

Your single, most important advantage is your ability to move money in and out of the market quickly. With this approach you can buy at precise buying signals’ and get out at precise selling signals. If you see an up trending stock bouncing off support you can trend trade it. You can also get out fast if that stock starts to go against you.

Big corporations can not do this. They have to be in a stock for a longer time. If they want to buy a stock they must scale into it slowly. Just buying as many shares as they want could take months. Likewise if they want to sell a stock they must scale out slowly, sell a little here, a little there. They must let the loss keep growing.

Just think what would happen if they were to buy ten million shares of a stock all at once. The price would skyrocket. It would go from $28 to $99 in 1 day. Obviously the government doesn’t want them to do this.

You on the other hand buying your 100-1000 shares will not affect the stock market. No one cares if you scale into your position or not. So why would you?

Remember to be successful you must make your own set of rules and follow them closely. Always use proper money management when trading.
