This is perfect for parenting and people management. Then the chapter on saving face – every manager could use this advice! We live in a very demanding, high stress and challenging world. It would be more delightful if everyone used the techniques and strategies in this book. Just imagine how the relationships would change and employees who actually love coming to work! One suggestion I would give the author is to not repeat the examples, tends to get monotonous. This book is an easy read.
